    The compact programme will explore topics including the power of social media, current retail trends and working with partners for mutual success. A special parallel stream - ‘How it works’ will feature practical workshop sessions geared towards providing attendees with useful advice on how to work with Instagram, Google Analytics, Predictive Analysis, and much more.

    Chaired by publishing consultant James Spackman, the day will feature high profile keynotes from Steve Bohme, Research Director at Nielsen Book Research UK, who will share the findings from Nielsen’s Books and Consumers annual study, while Sophie Corcut from retail trends consultancy GDR Creative Intelligence, will provide a fresh perspective on the latest consumer and retail trends.
