The conference focused on the consumer by drilling down on how different audiences discover, purchase and interact with content. The programme also showcased some of the most innovative practices from both inside and outside the industry, and explored how best to communicate and sell to different consumer segments in the UK, the US and around the world. As part of the new and exciting format, Steve Bohme, Nielsen Book Research Director, presented the latest Nielsen Books & Consumer data outlining key trends in consumer purchasing behavior.
